More than a cooking class, this immersive experience brings together authentic recipes, handcrafted drinks, and meaningful moments among new friends shared in the kitchen and around the table.

Lotería & Welcome Drinks

Guests arrive, settle in, and break the ice over a relaxed round of traditional Mexican Lotería paired with a welcome drink inspired by Mexican hospitality.

Salsa & Guacamole Workshop

The experience begins hands on as guests prepare fresh guacamole, roasted salsas, and other traditional accompaniments while learning the foundations of authentic Mexican flavor.

All Hands on Deck

Guests move into the main cooking experience, preparing signature dishes such as Tacos Al Pastor, Carne Asada, and Rajas con Crema. Finally, a hands-on tortilla workshop has the whole class feeling like they’re ready to open their own taco stand.

Traditional Drinks & Cocktails

Traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic Mexican drinks are introduced throughout the experience, from refreshing coconut horchata to handcrafted palomas shared later in the evening.

Gather Around the Table

The evening transitions into a relaxed communal dinner where guests enjoy the dishes they prepared together, turning the evening into a fiesta.

Dessert

As the evening slows, you are treated to a simple and delicious desert — churro chips, a Mexican guilty pleasure. A day full of learnings winds down as guests reflect on which of the dishes was their favourite, and what they are going to tackle at home first.
